Spin Cycle – New Year’s Resolutions!

spincyclesmallThis week’s Spin is about New Year’s Resolutions. Well, I already did that in my 12 Posts of Christmas. You can check mine out here. But I can’t start the New Year off as a failure and disappoint the Spriteskeeper, so, check it. This post is about what Little A has decided to resolute. He has a big list for such a little boy.

1) I promise never to pull out all the wipes out of the box anymore.

2) I won’t feed my dinosaur munchkins ever again.

3) I won’t color height marks on the wall anymore. It was a good idea, but I will let Mommy do it as I grow.

4) I won’t put wet, wadded up toilet paper in the vent again. I don’t know what I was thinking. I won’t even tell you what else I have put in there without you knowing about it or where I got the water from.

5) I will NEVER use toilet water to wash my firetruck again. Especially if I see that someone has used the toilet first.

6) I will try not to bury my brother in stuffed animals while he is sleeping AND steal and eat crackers in my bed.

7) I promise not to stand on the toy rack anymore.

The mess

The mess

That is about it for this year. Next year I am sure I will have more things I would like to change about myself. I will keep a documentary of it for your enjoyment later, mom. Until then, I promise to be an angel!

  1. What a cute kid! He’s got some great resolutions. I’m just trying to think of some that don’t involve weight loss, but not having much luck. Hope you and your son have a great new year

  2. OMG, I lmao, how much I love this little boy. I now understand some of the comments that mom makes about him. The memories he brings back about you know who. The future looks very bright and cheerful for you has well. May 2009 bring so much more fun and joy to our families. And now that the boys have cameras, I hope there are no surpise photos taken that might reveal what happens in the adult world when we think that no one is watching.
    Luv ya little sista!
